Question 1

Can't Respond While Managing Events

Accepted Answer

You're managing events all day - coordinating vendors, managing logistics, solving problems. You cannot respond to every new inquiry immediately, but event clients expect fast responses.

Question 2

Lead Qualification Takes Time

Accepted Answer

Fielding inquiries, asking qualifying questions, and determining event scope is time-consuming. AI handles the initial qualification so you only invest time in serious prospects.

Question 3

After-Hours Inquiry Capture

Accepted Answer

Couples and corporate clients research event planners in the evening. Your AI responds to inquiries 24/7, capturing leads when your competitors are offline.

Question 4

Long Sales Cycle Follow-Up

Accepted Answer

Event planning has long lead times - couples book 12-18 months in advance. Automated follow-up sequences keep you top of mind throughout the consideration period.

Question 5

How long does it take to get set up?

Accepted Answer

Most businesses go live in under 60 minutes. A real expert from our team handles everything — we learn your business, configure your AI agents, connect your scheduling system, and have you live the same day. You don't need to do anything technical.

Question 6

What if the AI agent makes a mistake or can't answer a question?

Accepted Answer

Our AI agents are trained specifically on your business, so they handle the vast majority of calls and chats accurately. When something is outside the agent's knowledge or a customer needs a human, it escalates immediately — transferring the call or sending you an alert. And if anything needs updating, you call us 24/7 and a real expert fixes it, same day.

Question 7

Do I need a contract or long-term commitment?

Accepted Answer

No contracts. No fine print. No long-term commitments. If HumanityNow.ai isn't working for your business within the first 30 days, we refund every dollar. We believe the results speak for themselves — and we're confident enough to back that up.

Question 8

How is this different from other AI tools I've seen advertised?

Accepted Answer

Most AI tools give you a login and wish you luck. HumanityNow.ai is a done-for-you service — real human experts design, deploy, and maintain your AI agents for you. You never touch a dashboard. You never configure a workflow. You just call us, and we handle everything. That's the difference between buying a tool and getting a result.
